Your contribution provides Saratoga Hospital with the flexibility to address the areas of greatest need. These gifts are put to immediate use in funding medical equipment, for example, or providing financial assistance to patients and their families. 

Saratoga Hospital's Cancer Patient Fund provides increased support for patients and families when they need it most. Examples include assistance with travel expenses to and from treatment, help with co-payments, and monthly support groups for patients, families, and caregivers.

The Saratoga Hospital COVID-19 Response Fund provides resources to address a variety of challenges presented by the pandemic, including sourcing essential supplies and providing emergent and long-term care for patients with COVID-19.

Saratoga Hospital's Nursing Scholarship Program provides our nurses with the opportunity to pursue advanced degrees. The investment produces a nursing workforce whose knowledge, skills, and compassion have a direct impact on patient care.

Saratoga Community Health Center is the only facility of its kind in the greater Saratoga region providing high quality primary care, dental, behavioral health and addiction medicine services to members of our community, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. For many patients, the Community Health Center serves as an introduction to routine healthcare, which makes a dramatic difference in a patient's quality of life.

Your contribution will make a significant impact by helping us purchase top-of-the-line wheelchairs that are both durable and accessible. It costs $1,500 to purchase one wheelchair. Include language in your will: “I bequeath to Saratoga Hospital, a not-for-profit corporation established under the laws of the State of New York…[the sum of money, the following property described exactly, a stated percentage of the estate, or the rest, residue and remainder of my estate]… to be used for the benefit of Saratoga Hospital in such manner as Saratoga Hospital shall deem fit and proper.”

If you would like others to honor your loved ones by making a memorial contribution, you can include the following language in the obituary: "In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Saratoga Hospital Foundation."

The Flower and Fruit Mission is a not-for-profit organization with 35 active members and dozens of associate members that supports Women's Health Services at Saratoga Hospital.
